" FRUITED SOUR ALE with PASSION FRUIT, GRAPEFRUIT, TANGERINE and APRICOT? ABV: 5.6% • IBU: Sour • SRM: Orange. Pours hazy OJ with quickly dissipating foam. Aromas of tropical citrus fruit punch. Bright and bubbly fruit flavors dance across your tongue. Brewed with a mash of Pilsner malt and wheat. Soured overnight in our kettle with lactobacillus, then boiled and fermente with American Ale yeast. Purées of Passion Fruit, Grapefruit, Tangerine and Apricot added during the fermentation." - Interboro Spirits & Ales
