This is our take on a crisp, dry and moderately hoppy pale ale. An ultra clean, and very pale base is hit with Simcoe and Mosaic in the whirlpool, then dry hopped responsibly with Mosaic and Strata. This lends a subtle dankness which follows through with notes of blueberry, pithy grapefruit, and melon. Relatively high carbonation, and a smooth bitterness make this beer imminently crushable.
