Obviously, not for the tame, because if there’s a cocktail with chutzpah, this is probably it. Somewhere between an oriental soundtrack from one of those arty films with subtitles and a kick in the guts by a pissed off mountain lama, this delicious cocktail of sweet lychee, fresh guava and a hit of unexpected chilli, should in hindsight, just have been called ‘life’.
