While Coop and the mischievous gnomes were adding their special touch, our brewers were meticulously fermenting the renowned Chouffe yeast, crafting the distinct and flavorful blonde ale we adore. Experience the seamless drinkability, infused with fruity aromas and spices, leading to a satisfyingly warm finish. Our concoction blends malt, Pils, Carapils, oats, red wheat, and special B malts, with a dash of Styrian Goldings hops for an extra layer of complexity.
