In our take on a classic Hefeweizen, the traditional banana and clove flavors are accented by the addition of cherry puree while an addition of chocolate malt gives it a sweet and smooth, almost banana split kind of flavor. Sterling hops were added early in the brew to add a mild, mellow bitterness. A high carb level keeps Friends Who Fight crisp.
