Showcasing German grown and malted Pilsner, with a touch of pale wheat malt, then hopped delicately with Grüngeist, a newer German cultivar that brings subtle hints of lemon zest with floral undertones. Hints of pear and a very subtle banana ester lead into an effervescent, and crisp body with a gentle bitterness. This is a bier meant for drinking repeatedly.
