Our Milkshake style DIPA inspired by a freshly baked blueberry cobbler with a scoop of melty ice cream. To start this beer off, we brewed a base using choice wheat, oats, and some Lactose to create a creamy textured mouthfeel. We then Double Dry Hopped it with Mosaic and El Dorado and conditioned the beer on Cinnamon, tons of fresh Blueberry Pure´e, and a touch of Graham Cracker to create the cobbler sensation. Pouring a deep pinkish-purple, we find aromas and flavors reminiscent of freshly crushed blueberries, strawberry creamsicles, orange marmalade, and homemade cinnamon cookies straight out of the oven.
