Enga Ikizere - meaning "brewing hope" in Kinyarwanda - is an encapsulation of our growing partnership with Rwanda Bean Coffee. Their dedication to delicious coffee and building community is an inspiration to us. The recipe features their Ikizere roast coffee, added on to a complex and roasty brown ale dreamt up by our brewers after a visit to the Rwanda Bean roastery. A portion of the sales from this beer will be donated to Rwanda Bean’s Compassion Campaign. Every $5 covers health insurance for a member of the coffee farming community in Rwanda.
