Ghost Beer is a uniquely balanced and bright Pale Ale that is owes a bit to Dutchess Ales' West Cost and UK roots. The beer is a bit hazy with fresh notes of apricot, citrus zest. Fermented at quite a low temperature with a hybrid Kölsch yeast, the beer should appeal to American session ale drinkers and Lager drinkers alike.
