Mixed Culture Foeder Fermented Biere de Garde brewed with a base of local NY-state Pilsner and English Maris Otter, layered with a ton of different character malts to add that classic BDG caramel, biscuity, roasty complexity. We’re tasting: cinnamony caramel swirl, oak aged blueberry skin, toasted cinnamon raisin bread, and some funky plums picked up from the barn floor after the 5-second rule.
