For Dragonfruit Sunsets, we started with our beloved flagship hefeweizen, Grimm Weisse. For gentle acidity and brett complexity, we blended it with a few select barrels of oak-aged sour/wild ale that Theo orginally brewed when he was here at Grimm. Then we dosed this coupage with red dragonfruit purée and yuzu juice
