Collaboration with Barrel Theory Beer Company Dolphin Sparkles is our collective interpretation and re-imagining of a West Coast IPA. We've kept the malt soft, subtle, and clean in order to create the liquid translation of our favorite hops - Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops.
