Collaboration with Twin Elephant Brewing Company This is our third collaboration beer with this crew, for this double NEIPA we spent the day microprocessing yuzu and calamansi for the boil and post fermentation, blended New Jersey and Massachusetts sourced honey and we also utilized Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, and Sabro hops which really compliment the fruit and honey for a beautifully balanced hoppy NEIPA. We can't wait to see you explain this one to a Suffolk County jury. This is gonna be fun!
