Cerebral Brewing was brought to life in 2015 by co-founders Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood along the city’s famed Colfax Avenue. Since the beginning, Cerebral has focused on quality, innovation, and evolution in all endeavors, from the beer we brew to the culture we create. We’re here to serve our community through our craft
