It has aromas of ripe honeydew and jasmine tea, with a hint of citrus. It’s light bodied with a dry finish, spritzy carbonation, with a noble spice, some floral jasmine, and just a touch of bready grain on the palate. Yellow Sally used Mackinac hops in the boil with a dry hop of Pacifica. It clocks in at 4.6% ABV.
