Winter is right around the corner... so we brewed up BONE CHILL. This 8% IPA is the perfect cure for those colder months packed with Simcoe, Columbus, Chinook, and Citra hops, boosted with warming notes of SPICED PEAR and finished with just a hint of spruce tips. Winter blues got nothing on this brew.

Food Pairing This Imperial IPA style beer is best paired with barbecue. Grilled meats, salmon and game all work well. It is also very good with peppery style cheeses such as Monterey / Pepper Jack.
