A classic French-Style Biere de Garde fermented in our oak foundre. Brewed with Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops and the Dry hopped with Polaris. Biere de Garde translates as "beer for keeping". Our version features a light amber color and a slight haze. It also has a toasty malt sweetness, evident alcohol and some yeast character.
