Bevy Of Swans

White Chocolate, Tahitian Vanilla, and French Black Raspberry Imperial Stout. BoS is a velvety confection of white chocolate dipped dark tart fruit topped with a kiss of amaretto and vanilla aromatics. 13% ABV. We joined forces with the stout kings at Bottle Logic Brewing to create this massively flavorful adjunct imperial stout. We compared notes on our base stout technique and employed some of their ingredients and methods to create one of the highest gravity beers we’ve ever produced. In finishing the beer, we dosed with some of Bottle Logic’s favorite adjuncts that are new to our brewery.
