Crafted with German malts, this traditional lager beer boasts a captivating auburn hue and a wealth of toasty malt aroma and flavor. Our bock bier was meticulously brewed back in December, affording it ample time for a slow, cool fermentation and extensive cold storage, ensuring it's perfectly primed for tapping as spring approaches. Delicately balanced with German Hallertauer and Select hops in the brew kettle, this brew offers a crisp bitterness and subtle spicy notes without overwhelming the senses.
