There comes a time in life to bet it all. Maybe it's moving to the City with no job, no prospects, but an undying desire to make it happen. For us, it was building Manhattan's Brewery. With no brand and no real precedent for what we're building, we nonetheless put everything we had on the next hand. Will the high-stakes bet work? We'll find out. But it's gonna be a damn fun game either way
