This is our take on the concept of HDHC popularized by our Gowanus neighbors. We use all the available hop products in this DIPA; incognito, Lupomax, and standard pellets. Specifically that’s Citra Incognito, Mosaic Lupomax, and Mosaic + Cashmere T90. This beer is the pinnacle of hop saturated flavors, dominated by bright Mosaic mango notes and backed up with a pure Citra orangey-grapefruity flavor and subtle Cashmere coconut, melon vibes.
