When dreaming up a collaborative West Coast IPA concept for our 10th Anniversary we came to the conclusion that we should just include the whole west coast from Alaska to Jalisco. We tapped our friends at Anchorage in Alaska, Superflux in BC, Holy Mountain in Washington, Gigantic in Oregon, Alvarado St. in California and Rey Arbol in Jalisco to team up and create this West Coast IPA. We hopped it with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Comet and Columbus Cryo.
