Mass Fluxes

That lab juice is loose, this time in a DIPA. The next step in developing a mathematical model to optimize a desired flavor profile is understanding the relevant mass fluxes. Lessons learned from control volume helped create Straight Outta the Laboratory, which in turn helped us identify the relevant mass fluxes to create that EQ Juice. Mass Fluxes pours a hazy bright tangerine and has aromas of freshly squeezed tropical fruit, lime, grapefruit, and freshly cut grass. The flavor is bright tropical orange juice with mango, with a resinous and chewy mouthfeel. The finish has an escalating brightness balanced by a soft bitterness.
