SHIPPING FAQ'S

Q:   How much is shipping?
A:   See our Shipping Info page for all details! 

Q:   How do you ship your products?
A:   All shipments are are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival and sent via either UPS or local regional carrier to ensure the contents arrive and can be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.

Q:   Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes??
A:   No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.

Q:   Can you ship outside the united states?
A:   Yes, we now ship internationally via UPS! Simply click the flag icon in the bottom right hand corner to select your destination country.

Q:   Is there an adult signature required for delivery?
A:   Yes, a signature of an adult that is 21 years of age or older is required. If an adult with proof of age is not available to sign for the package, the package will not be delivered.

Q:   Is there a minimum order amount?
A:   We do not require a minimum order value, but a "Small Order Fee" of $5 will be added to orders less than $35 to help recoup some of our fixed costs associated with picking, packing, and shipping your order. 

 

GIFT FAQ'S

Q:   Can I include a custom gift message with my purchase?
A:   Yes,at checkout simply click the "Add a gift message" box to add your desired message, which will be printed out and inserted into the box.

Q:   How can I reach you?
A:    You can email us anytime at onlineorder@halftimebeverage.com or call us at (914) 341-1666. Our customer service department is in the office Monday through Friday from 9AM till 5PM.

Q:   Is there a Half Time craft beer & cider store near me
A:    There are two Half Time stores in the New York area including:

  1. Poughkeepsie, NY: 2290 South Road
  2. Mamaroneck, NY: 139 Hoyt Ave

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Q:   How soon will my in-store pickup order be ready at the store?
A:    Orders placed by 5 pm will be ready to pick up the same day. We will send you an email when it's ready (typically 1-2 hours). Then, you can retrieve your order in the Customer Pick-up section to the left of the registers.

Q:   How long will you hold my in-store pickup order before restocking it?
A:    We’ll hold it for 48 hours - please reach out to onlineorder@halftimebeverage.com if you require more time to pick up your order.
